An EC‑Council Certified CISO, Certified Ethical Hacker, and Air Force veteran, Dr. Tremont's federal and cybersecurity career spans over two decades — from the NSA to the Peace Corps Federal Service. She holds a Doctor of Science in Cybersecurity from Capitol Technology University and advises the UMGC Industry Advisory Board on national cybersecurity workforce development.
Heather Maroudas
Founder / Visionary · Vice President MSN, FNP‑BC, CNM · University Health SystemsA board‑certified family nurse practitioner and certified nurse‑midwife with over 12 years serving the unserved and uninsured — including rural health, homeless health, and south San Antonio's underinsured population. Heather earned her master's in nursing at Emory University with a dual degree in family medicine and nurse‑midwifery. She lives in San Antonio with her two sons and volunteers with women's ministry and local and foreign mission trips.
Dr. Rodolfo Urby
Founder & Board SecretaryReceived his medical degree from UT Health Science Center in Houston in 1979 and completed residency training in Family and Community Medicine in San Antonio. A clinical faculty member at UT Health San Antonio since 1982, Dr. Urby has served as a Family Physician for 37 years in nonprofit charitable clinics and Community Health Centers across Texas, holding master's degrees in both Public Health and Business Administration. He and his wife of 30 years, Dolores, have raised nine children together.
